The knowledge management audit allows a critical and systematic examination of an organization to determine flows, sources, restrictions and gaps in this regard. It also constitutes a form of continuous improvement that adds value to the processes and, therefore, to the company itself. Following a study of 18 questionnaires to audit knowledge management, this article shows the application of a proposal in a national logistics center to evaluate the development of knowledge management processes, check the status of significant variables and propose improvement actions.
