Abstract

This article proposes a procedure based on structural analysis to determine the key variables to be managed in the improvement of organizational management. This was applied in a non-profit public service organization and the results obtained were the organizational variables considered as success factors, their interrelationships and positionings. The precision of these factors leads to a better adjustment of organizational components such as objectives, strategies, processes, risks and indicators to adapt the functioning of the system to changes in the environment.
