Tourism is one of the strategic sectors of the Cuban economy, since it manages to collect important volumes of foreign currency, generates significant levels of employment and links the state sector with the non-state sector. The sanitary crisis caused by the coronavirus imposes a readaptation and forces, at a managerial level, the incorporation of confrontation actions in each of the institutions that strategically project the policy to be followed for the tourist service. The Viajes Cubanacán S.A. Travel Agency, immersed in this process, outlines actions in this respect, hence it is presented as a case study in order to socialize experiences so that, in this space of virtual dialogue, these can be validated and improved from a collective thinking.
