In Cuba the regulatory framework of surveillance and business intelligence is related to programmatic documents as well as by resolutions of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment. The objective of this article is to show the component elements of a surveillance and business intelligence system in Cuban conditions, to identify the services and products that contribute to its management, as well as the measures that allow the protection of the system's information. The methodology used was the mixed one with qualitative emphasis to collect descriptive data coming from different documents. In addition, the quantitative perspective was used for the use of statistical techniques in the analysis and verification of data.
