Many of these fails because they are unable to cope with the changing events and circumstances of the environment that affect their productivity and performance. Business Process Management (BPM) is a tool that provides agility to processes by reducing the effort and time to convert ideas and business needs into actions. The objective of this work is to model the sub-process «travel allowance request» which is within the process of financial economic management at the University of Moa (UMoa), under the BPM approach to improve its efficiency.
