We have begun with this reference to argue the importance and relevance of the topic related to organizational change, which has been developed since the middle of the last century by the psychologist Kurt Lewin (1952) and others prominent specialists. Change in organizations guarantees adaptation to the existing conditions of the environment and allows their development and fulfillment of the mission.
