The study focused on analyzing the sustainability strategies applicable to the Agroconsultancy Biofactory Terram in its operations and business model. Using a quantitative approach, a Likert-type scale survey was applied to the 7 staff members of the organization, covering aspects such as the perception of sustainability in the company, the implementation of sustainable innovation strategies, the impact of these strategies and the associated challenges. The results revealed a mix of perceptions, with tendencies towards neutrality and agreement, but with a notable presence of disagreement and total disagreement in several key areas. The findings indicated that, while there is awareness and effort towards sustainability, there are significant areas that require attention, particularly in effective communication of sustainability objectives, training in sustainable practices, and managing change towards more sustainable practices. In conclusion, Agroconsultoría Biofábrica Terram has made progress in incorporating sustainability into its business model, but faces challenges in the full implementation and acceptance of these strategies. Improved communication, training, employee participation and change management are recommended to strengthen organizational culture and improve operational efficiency.
