The available literature on business organization identifies the need to respond to objectives and goals, create correct working methods for the performance of activities, streamline processes, optimize resources and reduce costs. Process management is a method that helps the management of companies to identify, represent, design, formalize, control, improve and make more productive the processes of the organization achieving customer trust, the importance of it has been emerging gradually in business management models, becoming very useful means to modify the entity and adapt to the environment, to ensure that the activities are carried out in an orderly manner and without improvisations, processes are designed that are the guiding thread to the objective proposed by it. The present research work aimed to design the procedure for the construction and assembly of the Drip Irrigation System, in the company AZUTECNIA, The characterization of the process and the identification of the main deficiencies through a flow chart and analysis with experts, led to organize and order it, being one of the activities that most contributed to obtaining more cane per hectare.
