The paper is aimed at describing a theoretical framework for improving the pedagogical professional performance of teachers in Angola. The study relies on methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction processes and document analysis. The main finding is a pattern for teacher improvement involving didactic performance and self-development and professional growth.
