Objective:
This paper aims at assessing the development of lesson management professional skill of teachers’ trainees at Nicolás Guillén Batista School of Education.
Methods:
The authoresses rely on the study of the products of the pedagogical activity, interviewing pedagogy and didactics teachers, tutors and teachers’ trainees at Nicolás Guillén Batista School of Education in Camagüey, and supervising methodological activities, focusing in lesson management assessment.
Result:
The main finding relates to identifying potentials and limitations of teachers’ trainees in developing lesson management professional skill.
Conclusion:
The authoresses arrived at the conclusion that the development of lesson management professional skill should be a focus of teacher trainees’ education.
