Objective:
This article aims at describing a pedagogical strategy for the education of pedagogical professional motives in primary teacher being trained at the Pedagogical School of Camagüey., Cuba.
Methods:
The authors rely on document analysis, historical and logical procedures, observation, and modeling.
Results:
The authors devise a pedagogical strategy that promotes the education of professional pedagogical motives based on teachers’ developmental procedures and a progressive immersion of trainees in professional tasks.
Conclusion:
Teachers’ development and progressive immersion of trainees in professional tasks promotes the education of motives towards pedagogical professional activity.
