Objective:

The article describes a professional developing program for senior high school supervisors focused on gifted students’ development.

Methods:

The authoresses rely on theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis, historical-logical, interview, survey, documentary review and percentage calculation.

Results:

A professional developing program for senior high school supervisors focused on gifted students’ development is devised.

Conclusion:

The professional performance senior high school supervisors for gifted students’ development requires a sound knowledge of the curriculum, its corresponding enrichment, technical and methodological command of curricular acceleration, suitable grouping, and supervisors’ competencies for guiding, assisting and controlling the teachers’ staff performance.
