Objective:

This paper aims at describing a strategy to enable community agents to manage inclusive process at the community.

work is carried out the aim of preparing a developmental strategy to enable integrated community groups for the socio-educational of people with disability.

Methods:

The authoresses follow a quantitative-qualitative research approach, relying on analysis and synthesis, historical and logical procedures, observation, interviews, systemic- structural-functional procedures and controlled experience assessed by applying Wilcoxon’s ranges-with-signs tests for qualitative variables; they allowed to make a critical evaluation of findings, as well as identifying the potentials and shortcomings of community education agencies.

Result:

The developmental strategy is based on a multidisciplinary perspective, combining theoretical framework of Community Psychology and the Popular Education. The findings show a better theoretical understanding of disables’ education and practical skills to devise inclusive activities.

Conclusion:

It is possible to enable community education agents to devise inclusive procedures by means of a training strategy including theoretical and practical activities.
