Resumen

ALONSO GARCIA, Yuneisy  y  CASTILLO COTO, Ana Lilia. A procedure to evaluate the impact of graduate courses for organizational officers in Cienfuegos. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2015, vol.7, n.2, pp.34-44. ISSN 2218-3620.

The university's mission is the integral training and continuous development of the professionals the society demands, as well as promoting sustainable development in the territory and nationwide through its educational and training roles. One of the ways in which this mission is fulfilled is through graduate courses, specifically those delivered to officers from the territory. Officers are the key link in the development of organizations since the organizations success depends on their commitment and capabilities, especially in the current times of transformation the country is involved in. This paper proposes a procedure for the systemic and integral evaluation of the impact of graduate courses taken by organizational officers, so that information of the development and results of the program delivered can be obtained from the very beginning of the planning of officers´ training activity until sometime after being concluded. The procedure was validated in the master's program of DDDL with various groups, which proved its flexibility. The procedure steps and application results are stated in the core of this article.
