It is necessary a correspondence between planning and strategic control within organizations given the limitations in management regarding the implementation of the strategic approach to measure the development and achievement in short and long range, in the connection of the strategic path of the organization along with the daily management of processes and the lack of an approach of system. In the University of Cienfuegos it was applied a methodology to design the indicators for the strategic control to align management and strategy. The work involved areas related to different processes at the university. The methodology was applied taking into account the processes map while establishing the indicators to detect and correct the deviations of each process to contribute to the strategic correspondence. This research required the use of a group of techniques and tools related to management, among them: group dynamic, interview, brainstorm, survey to experts, package of statistical software Statgraphics Centurion XV version 15.2
