This article refers to the need for today's agricultural profile racing in Ecuador to improve its main functions in the interests of better quality. Its aim is to demonstrate, and through an accurate diagnosis of the situation in the university environment can determine the current problem bank in the range of the institution; the resistance between the supply of training and the demands of society are identified, as is the production environment as it is necessary to articulate professional training to the problems of the province, region and country, within the framework of the National Plan good Living, as a state policy. It is chosen as a case study the Faculty of Science for Development, based in Vinces, Los Rios province, part of the University of Guayaquil to determine the relevance of their careers.
