The paper deals the experiences developed at the "Felix Varela Morales" University of Pedagogical Sciences, Villa Clara, Cuba, in the conception and implementation of a proposal of professional overcoming directed to elevate the preparation of the teachers to obtain the publication in scientific journals of the Pedagogical Sciences area. It is emphasize on the importance of the treated subject and to the antecedents of the work and the research process followed that allowed to establish the general conception of the design of the overcoming conformed by a course of and a training. In its general projection, the course approaches basic subjects of the management of the information in the pedagogical investigation, emphasizing in the search, selection and organization of the information using the tools Web and the managers of bibliographical references, as well as in the article elaboration taking care of the standards of quality demanded by the journals indexed in data bases of recognized international impact, among other aspects; on the other hand the training has gone to professionals with unpublished results derived from its pedagogical investigations, reason why the same one is centered in the development of abilities for the elaboration and submission of the manuscript to a journal that adjusts to their particular interests. Finally, the implementation of the mentioned forms of overcoming, as well as, the analyzes of quantitative and qualitative results obtained in the application of the proposal are presented in the paper.
