The work that is presented tries to guide the educational university student in its evaluation process so that in a personal way each one of those that work in this educational level is able to value its to work at the same time that you/they decide the roads that should continue to reach in agreement goals to the demands of the society. In these moments the Republic of the Ecuador gets ready and it consolidates in a group of transformations, which should be supported by its professionals, from the point of view that defends are necessary that each professor is aware of his necessities and potentialities with the result that they intend dimensions, variables and indicators that guide to the educational one to reach a bigger professional level from his work position.
