Abstract

Documentary research that argued the importance of producing bananas under conditions of organic agriculture, which would enhance the trade of fruit, influences positively on made word end on the environment, especially the care of the soil, incorporating organic fertilizers improve performed quality and structure and will maintain a continuous and healthy production. The city of Machala in the province of "Gold" is called the capital of banana, most of it is not production is under these parameters, and therefore, it has obtained international certifications and export produced under fair trade. background of the topic in the world, were documented in Latin America and in Ecuador, where organic producers, by definition, do not have to pay the costs of pesticides, thus being able to invest in the application (and sometimes in preparation) other products allowed under the regime of organic certification. The graphs indicate a high export in time under these conditions.
