Documentary research that argued the importance of producing bananas under conditions of organic agriculture, which would enhance the trade of fruit, influences positively on made word end on the environment, especially the care of the soil, incorporating organic fertilizers improve performed quality and structure and will maintain a continuous and healthy production.
