Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the supporting tools for companies moving towards sustainability. Its analysis is of interest so that actions can be taken to improve its competitive position and to develop continuous improvement initiatives in order to meet economic, environmental and social expectations. The aim of this contribution is to diagnose the limitations of the CSR analysis in the agricultural sector in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Through the technique of expert interview, such limitations are determined to be used as the basis for corrective plans implementation.
