The teaching process has insufficiencies in the didactic and methodological dimensions which affect the interdisciplinary approach to the contents from the subject General and Dental Histology, this is why it is necessary to achieve an interaction and mutual conditioning of the technical, didactic and the methodological aspects from a systemic approach. Due to this, researchers have been proposed as an objective to analyze the treatment to interdisciplinary relations from teaching of the General and Dental Histology in Dentistry Major. Research methods applied have provided a clear identification of the didactic knowledge inadequacies in the teaching-learning process of this science, particularly for the integrating and interdisciplinary approach and in the systematic methodological scientific work on the subject preparation. In order to promote a teachers training which responds to the current needs of the teaching-learning process.
