Resumen

The present work was carried out in the company TRANSCUPET UEB Centro, with the main objective of proposing improvements to the conditions of storage in the consumable warehouse. Among its main results there is a solution proposal to increse the existing facilities capacities and the improvement of storage conditions, on the basis of a lighting system, the new warehouse distribution and the purchase of handling equipment. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations that derive from the study and that allow us to define an adequate follow-up path to give continuity to the thematic area developed in the research. This tributes to the implementation of four lines of economic and social policy, distributed in the Model of Economic Management, Industrial and Energy Policy.
