Leadership is reported as not an easy task, on the contrary, it requires a great deal of dedication and certain requirements to those who assume it as a social order in any sphere of economic, political and social life. However in this interest it is necessary to specify that the educational direction is vital in the development of the formative objectives. To focus the study of educational management, as an essential aspect of this article, implies assuming a historical, theoretical and methodological approach as a basis for decision making.
