The pre professional practice establishes unbreakable relationships among the academic, investigation and link with the society processes, which offer to the consolidation of the integrality of the future professional, establishing reflective processes that lead the self-evaluation and social compromise from the intervention of subjects in formation, deriving an authentic relation of identity with the profession. The conception of the pre professional practice and its unavoidable influence, on the integral formation, from the participation of the future professional in the identification of problems, demand and necessities of transformation of the profession, raising the quality of the intervention on the different areas of production and service, obeys to the guarantees that offer the real sceneries of application of knowledge, where the students intervene, and contribute to the quality of the management of the actors and sectors linked to the profession, from the scientific investigation and the integration of theory and practice. In the Faculty of Odontology in the Guayaquil University, that reveals particularities of this process that demands its perfection, with the purpose of contributing to look for solutions that impact on the quality of life of the population and support the society project they demand.
