The current economic development of Cuba has contributed to deeper analysis of the efficiency of economic and financial management of enterprises. The oil industry is an essential and revitalizing part in the economic activity of our country. Many of the more major investments have developed with foreign capital. Because of this, the dependence of the functioning of markets and political processes in these countries directly influences the progress of projects and increases the risk in their development. Research focuses on taking tools of the theories of management of uncertainty, useful for analysis of uncertain and subjective information, a procedure that offers a solution to the risk assessment of investment projects in the oil industry Cuban, in correspondence with the specificities of each of its stages. This procedure incorporates the risk analysis arising from the use of certain source of funding, whether employed or self with foreign capital. The design of a procedure to solve the problem under investigation, considering the indicators that measure their effectiveness arises. Then its application to demonstrate its validity in the selected sample illustrated, and finally, evaluation of the impact its application to the analysis of the results in the investment sector.
