Companies of any size are sources of income, labor stability, production, transformation of goods and services, the potential of human capital, forming an essential part of the development of society; adapting to internal and external changes such as politicians, laws, regulations, norms in force, and social changes in the abyssal changes imposed and lived by society. The applied methodology for the development of the research is descriptive analytical and systemic, focused on the economic direction of the productive activity of the banana sector in the province of El Oro, to induce improvements in the administrative management, promoting the sustainability of the same.
