This article intends to show some of the edges of the dissemination of scientific research in these two decades of the twenty-first century. The evaluation of research can play an important role in the development of science and its interactions with society. And that the economic interests of the publishing monopolies that today have the power to socialize scientific information on a global scale, represent a considerable brake for the proliferation of scientific activity from various positions.
