For the importance that today has the rescue of the historical memory of the sport of our town and the necessity of evidencing it through the knowledge of the life and trajectory of representative figures and of the development of varied sport events that facilitates to be able to show the most significant facts in the trajectory of certain sports that stand out like it is the case of Sailing in the town that has shown excellent results in the last years. The historical investigation, is the fundamental way to know the history in its essence, it is the most significant cultural and ideological legacy for the future generations, the necessity to investigate and of disclosing the history of the autochthonous things of our cultural identity. For that reason, methods of the theoretical level and of the empiric level were used, which allowed to rescue the information of the sport results of this valuable considered nautical sport, one of the ramparts of our country, being evidenced in the results obtained by sportsmen of the swimming sports.
