In this work are presented the main components of the Students Scientific Work. The investigation answers to the Project of “Integration Management of the students’ investigation in the university professional training, University of Guayaquil”. There was analyzed the context of the participation of the students in the investigation and in scientific events among the years 1945-1970. The applied methodology allowed establishing the theoretical essentials of the Students Scientific Work. We worked in files and libraries. Moreover, we took Testimony to several teachers, among other investigative actions. There were used the methods of the scientific investigation: heuristic, analytical - synthetic, inductive -deductive, historical - logical, and others. Everything determines the forms and existing declarations of the students’ scientific work between 1945 and 1970. It remained to establish that the Students Scientific Work in the period studied was very scarce, limited most of the times, to the investigations for the theses of licentiate and others of practical character, as part of the curriculum of some subjects. Identical situation presented the students' presence in scientific events. The work emphasizes the importance of the participation of the students in scientific events - so much which of students character as the summoned ones by the already established academy
