The research is based on an exhaustive bibliographical review of the conception of the process of continuous training of teachers who train Accounting and Administrative Sciences professionals in the Ecuadorian context, based on the development of their pedagogical competences, where empirical and theoretical methods were used. Likewise, theoretical precepts and experiences that contributed to the improvement of this process in terms of the training of human resources in health were presented.
