In keeping with the traditional need to achieve global sustainable development, concepts and technology are defined where the cleanest production stands out and with it the options in projects. The methodological procedure proposed for the management of investment projects in Cleaner Production that allows the evaluation of the management of cleaner production projects in correspondence with their life cycle, to use as a basis for its application the Cementos Cienfuegos, SA Company for constituting one of the entities with the longest trajectory in environmental practices, besides being a pioneer in the use of cleaner production. In its development we used interviews, surveys, data processing, with systems such as EXCEL, a financial valuation tool for sustainable investments, SPSS 20, in addition to the historical - logical analysis of the literature and documentation related to the evaluation of investment projects, multicriteria analysis, sustainability and generalization. The results proposed a methodological procedure that combines the investment evaluation process according to the current legislation and state with the cleaner production methodology used to achieve its scope and its in situ application that defines practical implications for the improvement of the process in the implementation of programs and projects of cleaner production, defining differences of interest and importance in the strategic advance, both in the organization, as in the territory and country, in correspondence with the foundations and precepts of sustainable development.
