The objective of this study is to evaluate the investment project Remodeling, Expansion and Repair of Premises, at Julio Antonio Mella Cultural Center in Cienfuegos. Empirical methods such as documentary review were used in the areas involved in the operation of the square to characterize the field of application; search and selection of data, statistical techniques for the interpretation of numerical data, economic feasibility calculations and market research. In the research process, theoretical-practical methods were used to calculate the most important variables that allowed the correct and efficient attention of the project, as well as the different techniques to carry out feasibility studies. It was obtained as a result in the Economic and Financial Evaluation of the project that the investment in the current scenario, the profitability and efficiency indicators are favorable for an investment of this magnitude and with specific characteristics. It is concluded that the project represents a viable and necessary investment. It is an option that proposes to improve and expand the constructive structure of the premises in order to: expand capabilities, provide better service, increase revenue from sales and service concepts and improve the image and comfort of this place.
