The article analyzes the results of a study in the paneling company El Valle, by researchers from the Amazon State University. In the investigation it was possible to stabilize the quality of the obtained product, which opened a way to meet the instability of the price of the product, its demand, the improvement in the conditions of the process, which ensures better indicators in quality and control. It is concluded that in order to increase socio-economic development in agribusiness, especially in developing countries, it is necessary to take advantage of the enormous impact of universities as a scientific reference to put knowledge, its intangible asset par excellence, aimed at enhancing quality of the processes that are developed under conditions of uncertainty in this type of companies.
