KARAVANOVA ZHALALOVNA, Ludmila et al. Development of students’ individual creativity in higher education institutions: project based learning. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.2, pp.380-384.  Epub 02-Abr-2020. ISSN 2218-3620.

The study of project based learning aimed at the development of individual creativity of students is reflected in the works of Russian and foreign scientists discussing the specifics of creative process, the process of individualization in education, the challenges of the educational process; project based learning as a means of developing individual creativity. The theoretical foundations of the research in the field of individual creativity are based on systematic, active, anthropological, personality-oriented approaches. This allowed us to develop the model for the organization of cadets’ individual creativity in the educational process of a military academic institution based on project activities. The model is represented by three blocks: methodological, organizational, productive. Practical testing, implementation and validation of the model was carried out in the process of experimental training. The project management program was designed and implemented, the purpose of which was to develop student’ individual creativity in extracurricular project activities. Students’ individual creativity is considered as the intellectual and practical activities, aimed at creating new personally and socially significant values, where a student acts as a subject of creative development. Axiological, cognitive-creative, operational components are distinguished in the structure of individual creativity.

Palabras clave : Creative activity; individual creativity; extracurricular project activities; criteria for the implementation of individual creativity.
