The risk culture is expanding through the business spectrum and is already taken into account by different models such as quality, internal control and integrated management systems. Perhaps the main problem in understanding the culture of risks is the lack of culture that exists on this subject. The objective of this article is to expose a practical application regarding a business management process and to provide a method to the readers that is practical for the application in their companies.
