Education is the vehicle to channel evolution and social progress. The Schools of Education are responsible for training teachers who respond to the demands of the external environment, with full awareness that their knowledge, competencies and values are a transforming force that enables mobility, social contribution, quality of life and shared benefit. This qualitative research, through documentary analysis and in-depth interviews, answers the questions about what elements should contain a framework that should serve as a guide and platform for the development of an educational process.
