The work presented constitutes the results obtained from the investigation of a complex examination carried out at the Barros Hotel in Quevedo City. Identifying as a problem, how can business development be improved at the Barros Hotel, the general objective is to develop an administrative management model for the Barros Hotel in the city of Quevedo. The research includes a qualitative and quantitative analysis, in the field study observation, surveys and interviews are used. Finally, the proposal presents an administrative management model for the business development of the Hotel.
