The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and the internal control of the administrative personnel of the Yauli - La Oroya Local Educational Management Unit. The research was of the basic type, correlational level, for which it was selected with a cross-sectional correlational design, the sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 35 workers from the UGEL Yauli - La Oroya, to measure the study variables if they designed two instruments who passed the reliability criteria (Cronbach's Alpha: 0.958) and validation criteria (Exploratory Factor Analysis: 0.987) in addition to the ethical criterion of informed consent. The main result is that the predominant level of organizational culture was good with 57% and internal control was also good with 71%, concluding that there is a direct (rho: 0.785) and highly significant correlation (p-value: 0.000 <0.010) between the organizational culture and the internal control in the administrative staff of the Local Educational Management Unit of Yauli - La Oroya.
