Mathematics plays a fundamental role due to its recognized contribution to the development of students' logical thinking. However, when making an initial diagnosis in the Computer Engineering career of the University of the Ministry of the Interior, a series of irregularities were detected in the teaching-learning process of Mathematics III. In this sense, this article collects the didactic strategy developed for the developer learning of said subject and the results of its application through a quasi - experiment. The results obtained allowed to corroborate its validity in order to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process of mathematics.
