The article presents the didactic strategy designed for the development of the course: Information and Communication Technologies in the management of Public Administration processes and the impact that graduates and faculty have had the same in the first editions of the Diploma of Public administration. It describes a multimedia created to favor the self-preparation of the manager; among the main characteristics of its multiplatform format, which allows its use in any institution of Higher Education that at country level is fulfilling the social order of the preparation of the directors of the public administration.
