The referring theories to the cultural patrimony become rich with new concepts and categories in the present century XXI. This study is based from the formation curricular of predegree and postdegree with the approaches of the academy like educational, scientific institution and integrated innovation the society. Before the problem of how safeguard the patrimony and the identity in the cultural context of the globalization it considers that the mobilization to defend it is necessary from the collective appopriation. In the context of the increasing globalization the historical value of the patrimony and the identity of the universities constitute the reflection of the past and the perspective of the future for the sustainability of the nation. As propose the solutions strategic arise to conserve the patrimony and the identity in this cultural context.
