YANEZ BUSTAMANTE, Wilson David et al. Determination of the ratio chemical load grades Brix in leaves and banana fruits clon Williams (Musa x paradisiaca). Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.5, pp.421-430. Epub 02-Oct-2020. ISSN 2218-3620.
This study was carried out on 6 farms, three organic production farms and three conventionally produced estates of the cantons: Machala, El Guabo, Pasaje, Santa Rosa and Arenillas of the province of El Oro, where banana cultivation is commercially produced, to analyze the fruit brix in ripening stage 5 (for consumption). The Brix was also measured in situ leaf, taking luminosity measurements within the farms, soil samples were taken to be analyzed in soil laboratory of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences the following pH, CE, organic matter and texture parameters. With the data obtained at each sampling point, spatial representation maps were made, which helped in the interpretation of data obtained in the laboratory in relation to GBH, GBV and GBM. The results show that conventional and organic farms are totally different or organic, these are going to be different because of the use of agrochemicals that exists. It was the overall objective of this research to evaluate the effect of the control of black Sigatoka (Mycosphaerella fijiensis, M.) on conventional and organic management system in relation to the "Brix" of banana fruit.
