Currently, universities are facing evaluation processes aimed at achieving Quality assurance understood as production. There is a consensus regarding the need to organize Quality Evaluation in Universities, which has been expressed in forums, meetings and public debates, where reference has been made to the urgency of starting this process and determining organizational strategies and methodologies that will be used. In this sense, the insurance of the universities is a reflection of the need derived from the social demand and the global impact that its improvement causes, additionally it provides valuable information for the reflection process that guides the direction of the changes that must be introduced and it constitutes an activating factor in the training of personnel for institutional development. Evaluation is a complex activity that involves a set of processes that begins by determining the sense of quality, which arises from the analysis of needs that will later be included in the general regulations, based on the knowledge of their priorities and their management capacity. the previous one. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed in a cyclical and progressive manner, in order to achieve the proposed objective.
