AGUERO CONTRERAS, Fernando Carlos y PEREZ PENA, Oscar Alberto. Satisfaction, softwares and social scientific practices in education for training in Legal Sciences. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.2, pp. 8-22. Epub 02-Abr-2021. ISSN 2218-3620.
The objective of the article was to assess the factors that intervene in the satisfaction achieved by the participants in teaching-learning, software uses, scientific practices and academic results. The UNESCO criteria, on higher education in the XXI century, and the use of software to reinforce learning and scientific understanding of the world are assumed. The two softwares used were SPSS as a statistical processor and Zotero as a bibliographic manager. The conception of the teaching act articulated to the scientific method became essential in this experience. Methodologically, a descriptive-explanatory study was undertaken, in which 264 students participated in two academic periods and in three subjects. Two databases processed in SPSS were built that showed important correlations between the variables studied, a process complemented with the application of a questionnaire to 100 students, combining a reliability analysis and a factorial that collects the general satisfaction achieved. Finally, significant correlations are shown between the main variables studied. The rotated matrix shows the four most relevant factors involved in these processes.
