This article shows the current situation regarding the integration of core processes in the undergraduate education of a particular university in Ecuador. The objective of the research was to determine the current status of the integration of teaching, research and social responsibility in this institution. Through the application of qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques, the context of necessary relations to be executed by the teaching staff of a higher education institution was analyzed. The results of the collection, analysis and data processing showed the presence of momentary and specific relationships between the core processes in the undergraduate formation, in addition to the possible ways of improving the management that would allow to achieve an adequate organization in the execution of the educational processes for higher education inside this entity.
