Abstract

This article aims to make a hermeneutic interpretation of collective conflicts in labor matters, achieved through a documentary and doctrinal review that allowed the application of the data collection technique. It evidences that in labor relations labor conflicts can occur, which are classified as individual and collective. Throughout these scenarios, through the research, it was possible to conclude that workers and employers' organizations participate, those affected by the conflict that is generated and on the other hand who channels what refers to the resolution or negotiation of the conflict in question, understood as active subjects, passive subjects, and mediation entity.
