Abstract

LEON YACELGA, Andrés Roberto; ACOSTA ESPINOZA, Jorge Lenin  and  DIAZ VASQUEZ, Rita Azucena. Application of the incremental methodology in the development of information systems. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.5, pp. 175-182.  Epub Oct 02, 2021. ISSN 2218-3620.

The incremental methodology for software development, despite being traditional, is key to learn and use it for students in the initial and middle levels of software careers, because they learn to work methodically in stages and allows to reflect the work not only for themselves but also for the user of the system, and it is also a transition stage between the use of a traditional and agile methodology. It seeks to demonstrate that its use is in force and under what circumstances. Surveys and interviews have been developed, and they reflect the valuable contribution of its use and the excellent results obtained. It is essential to learn their particularities and apply them.

Keywords : Methodology; information systems; incremental; interactive.
