The study of didactics is necessary for the teaching-learning process to be more effective, more adjusted to reality, to the students' possibilities and to the new transformations of society. This article constitutes a methodological proposal that contributes to the specific didactics of the Organizational Management discipline in the Computer Science Engineering career, from one of its knowledge cores. The objective is to develop a set of methodological guidelines for teachers to approach the content related to efficiency and effectiveness as indicators to evaluate the performance of the administrative process in an organization. For the implementation, a methodological workshop and a system of open classes of orientation to the group of teachers of the subject Fundamentals of Organizational Management were used. The proposed methodological indications show superior results, in the evaluations made to the students, regarding the ability to identify these indicators.
