Integral formation involves the equilibrate and harmonic development of several subject's dimensions, which help him/her to become whole as a human, intellectual, social and professionally. To characterize integral formation of 6 student generational cohorts, whose information will be used to guide the decision making process for educational program actualization. The following study has a quantitative approach. Non-probabilistic sampling was carried out since all the registered students for the 2010 - 2015 generational cohorts were considered. analyzed data was obtained through official channels (institutional computer systems) whose primary duty is to keep record of integral formation activities. A descriptive analysis was employed. Students accrued 128 hours of integral formation activities, with a general average of 37,37% (47,83+- 2,93 hours), for the integral health program, 26,16% (33,49 +- 3,38 hours) for the university's Identity program and 36,48% (46,69 +- 2,88 hours) of others. A greater inclination towards health related and career related activities was recorded. Integral formation is one of the main pillars for university student's successful professional and civic formation. This assessment takes it to a new level when applied to nutrition students, who will in time be responsables of human healthcare, this is a fact that confers a greater responsibility among healthcare professionals and the general public.
